The Stellar team offers support through Discord, where you can get help from both the team and the wider community of server admins using the bot. Whether you’ve hit a bug, want to suggest a feature, or just need help getting something configured, this page covers every way to reach out and get what you need.

Support Server

Join the Stellar Discord server to get help from the team, report bugs, and request features. Use /info in Discord to get the current invite link.

Invite Stellar

Dashboard

Manage your server’s Stellar configuration from the web dashboard.

Donate

Help keep Stellar running by supporting the project on Buy Me a Coffee.

Getting support

The primary support channel for Stellar is the Stellar Discord support server. You can find the invite link in several ways:
  • Run /info in any server where Stellar is active. The bot will respond with an embed showing the support server link, bot stats, and other useful links — all without leaving Discord.
  • Visit stellarbot.dev and follow the support link from the site.
When asking for help, include your server ID, the command you were using, and any error message Stellar returned. The more context you provide, the faster the team can help.

Reporting bugs and requesting features

Both bug reports and feature requests are handled through the support Discord server. There’s no separate issue tracker — everything goes through Discord so the team can ask follow-up questions and keep the conversation in one place. For bug reports, include:
  • What you expected to happen
  • What actually happened
  • The command or action you took
  • Your server ID
For feature requests, describe the problem you’re trying to solve rather than just the solution you have in mind. This helps the team understand the use case and design something that works well for everyone.

Useful in-bot commands

Stellar includes a few commands that are handy for finding links and information without leaving Discord:
  • /info — Displays bot statistics, the current version, and links to the support server, dashboard, and invite URL.
  • /invite — Returns the direct OAuth2 invite link so you can add Stellar to another server.
  • /donate — Returns the donation link for those who want to support the project financially.

Supporting the project

Stellar is free to use. If you find it valuable and want to help keep it running, the /donate command or the link above will take you to the project’s Buy Me a Coffee page. Contributions are entirely optional and go directly toward hosting and development.
